Sind Sie fähig, La Gomera zu lieben?
Ein bisschen wild, ein bisschen abgeschieden, ein bisschen Afrika.

Freunde aus dem Nordosten von La Gomera haben uns gebeten, ihre Finca zu verkaufen: 800.000 m2, ungefähr 1 km von der Überlandstrasse entfernt und fast bis zum Meer reichend. Es gibt dort Strom- und Wasseranschluss, zudem Wasserreservoirs, viele Obstbäume, ein altes, zugegeben nicht sonderlich hübsches 3 SZ-Haus von 70 m2 sowie die Weinpresse, die sich zum Wohnhaus umbauen liesse. Sehr viel Platz für Phantasie und Träume, ausser die von Baulöwen: Die Finca ist Gott sei Dank kein Bauland. There are water and electricity connections, as well as water reservoirs, many fruit-trees, an old (has to be admitted: not really beautiful) 3 bed 70 sqm house, and the wine press which could be converted into bungalow. Lots of space for fantasy and dreams, except for those of professional builders: The finca is no building land, thanks god. In case of application for restauring licences, well be very, very professionally by your side.

No obstante: ¡¡Canarias!!.
Amigos desde el noreste de La Gomera nos han rogado vender su finca: 800.000 m2, ca 1 km distancia desde la Carretera General y casi llegando hasta el mar. Hay luz y agua y, además, una presa de agua, muchos frutales, una antigua casa de 3 dormitorios y 70 m2 (hay que admitir: no muy bonita) y un lagar que podría ser convertido legalmente en vivienda. Mucho espacio para fantasía y sueños, salvo los de urbanizadores: Gracias a Dios, la finca es rústica. En caso de solicitar licencia de reformas etc, te acompañaríamos muy, pero muy profesionalmente.
Escritura absolutamente en regla. El precio fijo: 600.000 uros.
